Frequently asked questions

How do I log workouts offline?

Once you've signed in and synced at least once, Firedog Works keeps working even without a signal. If you lose connectivity at the station or out on a call, your workout logs save securely to your device and automatically sync to the global leaderboard the moment your connection returns.

Note: a first-time connection is required to enable offline logging — make sure you've opened the app and signed in at least once while online.

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password or need to update your login credentials, tap the "Forgot Password" link on the app sign-in screen. A secure reset link will be sent directly to your registered email address.

How do I request account deletion?

To completely delete your account and remove your training profile data from our databases, please email your request to info@firedogworks.store using the email address associated with your account. Your data will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
