Refund Policy

At Firedog Works, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

We offer a **30-day return policy**, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

**Return Shipping is FREE**

To ensure a transparent and straightforward process, Firedog Works covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible items within the United States. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — **unworn or unused**, with **tags attached**, and in its **original packaging**. You’ll also need the **receipt or proof of purchase**.

To start a return, please contact us at info@firedogworks.store with your **order number** and reason for the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will email you the **free prepaid return label** and instructions on how and where to send your package.

**Damages and Issues**

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us **immediately** (within 48 hours is preferred) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This helps us evaluate the issue quickly and make it right. In cases of damage or error on our part, return shipping is always covered by Firedog Works.

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review this list before initiating a return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products, for hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on **gift cards**.

Items purchased **on final sale** may not be returned. Any item marked as **"Final Sale"** on the product page or invoice is non-returnable.

If you’re unsure about your specific item, please contact us before making a return request.

**Exchanges**

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a **separate purchase** for the new item. We do not process direct exchanges.

**European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**

If your order is being shipped into the **European Union**, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within **14 days** for any reason, without justification.

As above, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. The cost of returning goods under the Cooling-Off period is the responsibility of the customer.

**Refunds**

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be informed whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your **original payment method** within **10 business days**.

Please note that it may take some additional time (typically 3–5 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.
