Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel an order after it has been placed. Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which affects the cancellation window.

Order Cancellation Window

We accept cancellation requests only before the order has been processed for shipping (i.e., before a tracking number is generated).
Once an order has been shipped or has been assigned a tracking number, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Refund Process

If your cancellation request is received and approved before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.

Post-Shipment Cancellation (Return)
