We understand that you may need to cancel an order after it has been placed. Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which affects the cancellation window.
Order Cancellation Window
We accept cancellation requests only **before** the order has been processed for shipping (i.e., before a tracking number is generated).
Once an order has been shipped or has been assigned a tracking number, it **cannot be canceled**.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at the email below and include your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line:
Cancellation Refund Process
If your cancellation request is received and approved before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within **10 business days** of approval.
Post-Shipment Cancellation (Return)
If the order has already shipped, you will need to process the order as a return upon delivery. Please refer to our **Refund Policy** for full details on initiating a return, which offers a 30-day return window with free return shipping.
