Firedog Works LLC is committed to user privacy and platform transparency. This deletion process applies to accounts created through the Firedog Works app on all platforms, including iOS and Android.

How to Request Deletion

To initiate the permanent deletion of your Firedog Works account and all associated personal records, please follow the steps below:

• Email Request: Send an email to info@firedogworks.store.
• Subject Line: Use "Account Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]".
• Required Detail: You must send the request from the email address associated with your Firedog Works account to verify ownership.

What Happens Next?

• Verification: We may follow up via email to confirm the request before proceeding with the deletion.
• Processing Time: Once verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems (including our secure database) within 30 days.
• Scope of Deletion: This action is permanent. Once deleted, workout history, Personal Records (PRs), and premium access cannot be recovered.
• Data Retention: Please note that certain anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for legal or operational purposes, but will not be linked to your personal identity.
